Thank you for participating in GYB’s biggest fundraiser of the year by selling Lady’s Gourmet Popcorn! Be sure to also thank your friends and family that support us as well!
Please read this important information:
We will be handing out orders via time slots in 15 minute increments. If you are picking up multiple orders/people, please make sure you pick a slot for each one. For example: one sheet for Sibling 1 and a separate sheet for Sibling 2 should have two time slots chosen within the same 15 minute time frame. This will ensure that your orders are together. If you are picking up for a teammate or friend, please do the same.
It is important to come within the 15-minute time frame you selected so we can stay on schedule for everyone. Please DO NOT arrive any earlier as we will not have your order ready until your time slot. If you arrive at a different time, especially later, or don’t select a time, we won’t be able to get to you until we have a break. Please be patient with us while picking up; we’ll be doing our best during this very busy and hectic time.
Lady’s Gourmet Popcorn will be open for normal business hours this day, so pick up will take place at the back of the building (west facing) behind Bridges’ parking lot. Please DO NOT go in the front door and DO NOT contact them about your orders. They don’t have specific info regarding your order. Also, remember to check your order BEFORE you leave. We will be unable to assist with any discrepancies after pick up day. If you have a problem, please contact Erinn or Kyle right away and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
For our sellers with orders over $600, we will contact you regarding your pickup time so please do not choose a time slot.
