- Sponsorship Coordinator: Nicole Bridegroom
- Events and Fundraising Coordinator: Colleen Domazet
- Umpire in Chief: Omar Gonzales
- Purchasing Agent: Andrew Anderson
- Babe Ruth Division Manager: Chris Ray
- Major Division Manager: Josh Bridegroom
- Minor Division Manager: Danny Blount
- Rookie Division Manager: Josh Kerr
- Tball Division Manager: Lauren Blount
- All Star Coordinator: Chris Mulligan
- Travel Ball Coordinators: Josh Bridegroom and Chris Mulligan
- Director: Phil Drozd
